At the end of April , as a part of the investment process planned for year 2013 , a reconstruction of the cardboard machine has been performed, which should together with other planned investments enable the reach of 125 000t annual production capacity. During the reconstruction the following projects have been completed: Upgrade pulping and coarse screening on stock preparation Line no. 5, increase of the Headbox temperature, replacement of the dry waste transport system, utilization of energy from the boiler compartment smoke exhaust and installation of the separation system and press for the trim strips. Beside the capacity increase the reconstruction is contributing also to the reduction of humidity at the entrance of the drying section which is enabling better control of humidity in the final product , reduction of waste generation , better management of waste in the production process and last but not less important to the better hygiene on the cardboard machine. Value of the investment amount to 1 500 000 eur.
