The Umka Cardboard Mill recognizes and values the dedication of its employees and has recently introduced a special allowance for night work. Hours worked during the night are now paid with a 50% increase, nearly twice the legal minimum required by law.
“Because dedication has no working hours and deserves to be fairly rewarded” the factory’s message reads.
This move demonstrates that the Umka Factory not only respects the work of its employees, but also actively rewards extra effort and commitment, both in visible roles and in those moments when contributions are made quietly, outside the spotlight.
