Ivana Jevtić, HR Manager at Umka Cardboard Mill, took part in the 7th HRM Congress of Serbia, organised by Management Center Belgrade (MCB). She was a panellist in the discussion titled “Leaders of the Future.”
A key takeaway from the panel was that successful and sustainable companies cannot rely on “irreplaceable” individuals, but on systems that organisations build over the long term. Employee development, knowledge sharing and a culture of accountability were highlighted as important foundations of stable teams.
The congress brought together HR professionals from companies and industries across Serbia, with the discussion also addressing how organisations can prepare their people and teams for the challenges ahead.
